1. Sekaimen, managed by Shovice Pte. Ltd. on behalf of Alpha Japan Co., Ltd., handles the management of product payments and logistics. We provides an online platform for proxy bidding and purchasing (collecting and paying) goods from foreign sellers under the members' personal names (website: https://www.sekaimon.com.sg, hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Therefore, the relationship between Sekaimen and its members is that of an agent under civil law, not a trustee.
2. Members are required to carefully read these terms. By using Sekaimen, members indicate that they have read, understood, and agree to accept these terms, as well as the related provisions and descriptions on the website, which form part of these terms. If members disagree, they should immediately stop using the Service. Members under 18 year old must also obtain the consent of their parents (legal guardians) after reading and understanding these terms. Continuing to use Sekaimen implies that the members' parents (or guardians) have read, understood, and agree to all the terms.
3. Sekaimen assists members with customs clearance for imported goods. Members are the taxpayers responsible for any customs duties, Goods and Services taxes, and sales taxes required for customs declaration.

Members may browse or link to other websites operated by other businesses, but these sites have no relation to Sekaimen. Websites operated by other businesses are their responsibility and not covered by Sekaimen. Sekaimen does not guarantee the suitability, reliability, timeliness, effectiveness, accuracy, or completeness of search results. Sekaimen is not responsible for any warranties when members use the Service or link to other websites to obtain information, software, or suggestions. Members should independently assess and judge the appropriateness, effectiveness, accuracy, completeness, and potential infringement of others' rights before downloading software or data to avoid losses (e.g., damage to the member's computer system or loss of stored data). Sekaimen is not liable for such losses.
2. Sekaimen conducts proxy bidding on the Japanese Yahoo! Auctions website on behalf of members. Once the bid is successful, Sekaimen will collect the winning bid amount and service fee from the member and pay the foreign seller or individual in the member's name. The product will then be shipped to Singapore by Shovice Pte. Ltd. using international logistics companies and delivered to the member's specified location (if self-pickup is required, please notify in advance, and Sekaimen will inform the pickup location). However, Sekaimen does not assume responsibility for product defects or counterfeit items. Sekaimen only provides assistance with after-sales service and repairs but does not handle related matters. Members must consider these conditions before authorizing Sekaimen to place bids.
3. Internet fraud and product loss compensation guarantee: To ensure members' online shopping safety, the company offers a full compensation system for internet fraud. If the Japanese seller or foreign merchant's negative ratings exceed 2% of the total ratings or if the foreign merchant is new, Sekaimen cannot provide any compensation or claims to the member. Members should pay attention to the seller's ratings as a reference before bidding. Members should personally judge whether branded products are counterfeit, as Sekaimen cannot verify authenticity on behalf of the members. Think carefully before bidding.
Members must comply with the laws of Singapore and relevant international internet conventions when using the Service. Members must not use the Service for illegal purposes or in any illegal manner, nor infringe on the rights of others or engage in illegal or improper conduct. Otherwise, Sekaimen has the right to immediately terminate the member's use of the Service, and all subsequent responsibilities and damages will be borne by the member.
Such illegal or improper conduct includes but is not limited to:
1. Posting or transmitting defamatory, insulting, fraudulent, obscene, pornographic, gambling-related, or other illegal or improper content, images, or other data on the Service.
2. Posting or transmitting any information that infringes on the intellectual property rights (including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets), reputation, privacy, or other rights of others.
3. Violating confidentiality obligations under law or contract.
4. Unauthorized access to the member service system or related networks, or impersonating others' accounts or falsifying sender identification data to send emails.
5. Transmitting or distributing computer viruses or other programs or information that could damage or interfere with computer systems or data.
6. Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal transactions or posting false, misleading, or criminal content.
7. Selling firearms, knives, drugs, contraband, pirated software, or other items prohibited by law or restricted from online sales.
8. Providing gambling information or inducing others to participate in gambling through other means.
9. Collecting others' email addresses or other personal data without consent.
10. Other conduct deemed inappropriate by Sekaimen for legitimate reasons.
1. The membership registration data provided by members to Sekaimen (hereinafter referred to as "Membership Data") will be protected and regulated by Sekaimen. Members agree that Sekaimen may collect, process, use, or transfer internationally their basic information such as name, ID number or company registration number, contact person, application data handler or representative, communication data, payment information, other personal data, or membership data for the purpose of providing the Service. Members also agree that Sekaimen may provide their membership data to Sekaimen's partners or logistics companies, independent contractors performing work or providing services for Sekaimen, or related enterprises. Except for these purposes, Sekaimen shall not disclose members' names, addresses, email addresses, or other legally protected personal data to third parties without members' consent. However, this does not apply to disclosures required by the Personal Data Protection Act, Anti-Money Laundering Act, or other relevant laws, or to cooperation with government or judicial authorities.
2. Members must ensure that the personal data registered or updated for the Service is accurate, current, and complete. If members provide any incorrect or false information, Sekaimen has the right to suspend or terminate the use of the password, account, and all or part of the Service.
3. After completing the Sekaimen registration process, members will have a personal password and account. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their passwords and accounts and for all activities conducted using them. To protect their interests, members should not disclose or provide their passwords and accounts to third parties, or lend or transfer them to others. If members find any unauthorized use of their accounts or passwords or any security breaches, they should immediately notify Sekaimen.

When using the Service to search and link to other websites, since these are not within the control of the Service, to protect the safety of children and adolescents using the internet and to avoid exposure to inappropriate information such as violence and pornography, and to protect their privacy, parents (legal guardians) should adhere to the following obligations:

This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, power outages, communication line interruptions, hacking activities, system failures, or website upgrades and maintenance.

2. If members violate these terms or relevant laws and regulations, Sekaimen has the right to terminate or suspend their use of the Service without prior notice.
