Go to 【 Account 】> 【Account Overview】 and select 【 Request Refund 】.
For refund type, select 【 Refund Account Balance to Bank Account 】.
Fill in your bank information and click Apply for Refund.
Once the refund is processed, the system will notify you via E-MAIL.
Notes
Refunds can only be returned to your own bank account.
Refunds will be processed on the 5th of the month following the application date.
Currently, only Singapore bank accounts are accepted for refunds.
A refund handling fee of (15 SGD) will be charged to the member.
Deposit Refund
Go to 【 Account 】> 【Account Overview】 and select 【 Request Refund 】.
For refund type, select 【 Refund Deposit to Account Balance 】.
The system will immediately return your deposit to the Account Balance.
Notes
Before applying for a deposit refund, please ensure that there are no ongoing orders, items being bid on, or unpaid orders. Refunds can only be processed after all orders are completed.
After refunding the deposit, your bidding limit and quantity will be reduced to Silver Card member level. Please be aware.
