Fee Explanation

Three-Stage Fees and Charge Explanation (Fees members need to pay for bidding/Purchasing, including all the listed fees below)

First Stage Fees (Product Costs + Sekaimen Handling Fees + Local Remittance Fees)

• Product Costs: Actual amount of the product (including Goods and Services Tax) x quantity purchased x current exchange rate on the site
• Handling Service Fee: Standard service fee per Order is SGD 10; fees are subject to promotional announcements.
• Japan Remittance Fee: 300 JPY

Note:

• If you win five items from the same seller (same seller ID) within 48 hours in Japan bidding, only one Japan remittance fee of 300 JPY and one Sekaimen handling fee of SGD 10 will be charged. The system will automatically detect and waive the Japan remittance fee of 300 JPY and the Sekaimen handling fee of SGD 10.
• For a single Purchasing Order in Japan, regardless of the number of items, if they are from the same seller, only one Japan remittance fee and one Sekaimen handling fee will be charged.
• Sekaimen will try to arrange combined packaging with the seller as much as possible. If the seller does not agree, the shipment will be according to the seller's shipping method. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• For large or heavy items, if manual measurement is not possible, please consult customer service for a quote. These items may incur taxes, which will be borne by the member.

Second Stage Fees (Local Overseas Fees, International Shipping, and Optional Service Fees)

Local Overseas Shipping Fees x Exchange Rate

• Actual cost (in JPY) of shipping from the seller's location to Sekaimen's Japan warehouse (Chiba Prefecture)

International Shipping or Dimensional Weight Fees

Domestic Delivery Fees in Singapore

• 0-5kg = SGD 5 per parcel
• 6-10kg = SGD 6 per parcel
• 11-20kg = SGD 12 per parcel
• 21-30kg = SGD 16 per parcel

Third Stage Fees (Import Customs Fees and Other Additional Fees) These fees may not always be incurred

Import Duties

• Depending on customs assessment and inspection, these fees may not always be incurred. If incurred, they will be provided as customs duty bills for you to pay. Due to the wide variety of products and significant price differences, we cannot provide an estimate in advance. We appreciate your understanding.

Other Additional Fees

• Fees for independent customs declarations and storage fees incurred during importation, or special vehicle fees for delivery within Singapore. Additionally, home delivery fees if originally set for self-pickup but later changed to home delivery.
