First Payment - Purchasing Section

Purchasing Items + Japanese Remittance Fee + Service Fee

• In 【 Account Overview > Purchasing Area > Shopping Cart 】, you can view all orders that have been added to the cart. If you confirm the purchase, please click the 【 Confirm Purchase 】 button.

• Enter the order form page, and please verify whether the unit price of the Japanese item you want to purchase, the exchange rate used, and the total order amount are correct.

• After confirmation, please select your shipping method, then click the 【 Submit Order 】 button.

• Upon successful submission, the system will deduct the first phase fee from your account balance.
• Once your order is received, our staff will process the purchase during business hours.

First Payment - Bidding Section

Winning Price + Japanese Remittance Fee + Service Fee

• In 【 Account Overview > Auction Area > Bidding Won Items 】, you can view all winning items.

• Provide the shipping method (air freight, sea freight). Since different items have different shipping restrictions, please be sure to refer to the shipping method selection or contact online customer service for consultation before shipping.
• Confirm the fee details in the payment information section.
• Total winning amount SGD = Winning unit price JPY x Quantity x Exchange rate, rounded up to the nearest integer.
  【 * The exchange rate is recorded and calculated based on the exchange rate announced by our company's system at the time of winning. 】
• Service Fee: Please see the 【 Fee Explanation 】 page for the charging standards.
• Japanese Remittance Fee: Please see the 【 Fee Explanation 】 page for the charging standards.
• If you have other items from the same seller that are still in bidding, please check 【 Postpone Payment 】. Customer service will negotiate with the seller to postpone the payment of the winning amount. If the seller agrees, customer service can remit the winning amount of multiple items from the same seller together and ask the seller to send all items to the warehouse at once, thus saving the Japanese bank remittance fee (300 JPY per transaction) and the domestic delivery cost from the seller to our warehouse. Please note: all order closing dates must not exceed 48 hours.
• After confirming all the above parts, please click the 【 Submit Order 】 button to complete the first payment.
