Delivery Service Costs in Singapore

Order - Self Pick-up Or Delivery 

• After the package arrives at the Japan warehouse and the second stage payment is made, you can choose [Self Pickup] or [Delivery].
• After the product is delivered, you can check the tracking number in the logistics status of the order.
• Once product reach Singapore Warehouse, status will be updated. Storage is free for first 15 days, after that, storage fee will be charged.

Local SG Delivery Fee:

• 0 - 5kg: SGD 5 per parcel
• 6 - 10kg: SGD 6 per parcel
• 11 - 12kg: SGD 12 per parcel
• 21 - 30kg: SGD 16 per parcel
• >30kg: Kindly contact our customer service for rates on parcel deliveries over 30kg

Max dimension (Length x Width x Height) cm should not exceed 240cm, with greatest dimension not exceeding 80cm on each side.

When changing delivery information, please inform customer service as soon as possible before the product arrives at the Japan warehouse.
