Each member has a dedicated Wallet. Members can transfer funds to this wallet at any time, and the system will automatically reconcile and top up the balance. This wallet account is unique to each member (different for each member), and can be used for every top-up.
After completing the transfer, you can check if the account has been successfully topped up at 【Payment Details】.
Credit Card Top-Up
A 2.8%+$0.50 handling fee will be charged for credit card top-ups. If you want to top up SGD 1,000, the actual credit card charge will be SGD 1,028.50.
Credit card transactions cannot be reversed. If you need a refund, please apply through the member center. The credit card handling fee is non-refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience.
