If there is a defective product, it may exceed the effective warranty period when buyer receive the item, making it impossible to return or exchange. Members should consider this when using sea shipping.

For sea shipping to Singapore, the maximum weight for a single package is 70kg. If it exceeds 70kg, customs may require the package to be independently imported, incurring additional costs (not 100%): declaration fee + storage fee + special vehicle fee.
