Guarantee 1: Full Compensation for Undelivered Items
If a member wins a bid for an item on Japan YAHOO Auctions through Sekaimen and does not receive the item, Sekaimen will fully compensate the winning bid amount for that item.

If the purchased item cannot be valued (e.g., collectibles, artworks), the maximum compensation is SGD 800.
Items shipped without a tracking number are not covered by this guarantee.
Guarantee 2: Full Handling of Incorrect Items Shipped by Seller
If the seller ships the wrong item, Sekaimen will assist the member in returning and exchanging the item.
Sekaimen will cover all international shipping and delivery costs incurred during the exchange process and ensure the correct item is delivered to the customer in Singapore.
If the correct item cannot be exchanged, Sekaimen will request the seller to return the item and refund the member.

Guarantee 3: Full Compensation for Damaged Items During Shipping
If an item is damaged during international shipping, Sekaimen will repair it at no cost to the member.
If the item cannot be repaired, Sekaimen will fully compensate the winning bid amount unconditionally, and the item will become Sekaimen's property.

Items and their packaging must remain intact. If tampered with or missing, they are not covered by this guarantee.
Used electrical appliances, used car body parts, and fragile items (including bumpers, glass, crystal, ceramics, etc.) are not covered by this guarantee. If issues arise, we will assist with handling. If return shipping to Japan for repair or replacement is required, the member will bear the international shipping costs.
For damage occurring during local delivery in Singapore, Sekaimen will assist the member in filing a claim with the delivery company. Compensation, if any, the amount, and the time required will be determined by the delivery company.
Guarantee 4: Transparent Fees and Information
All information and fees are publicly transparent. Before placing a bid or making a purchase, you can understand all possible fee details in advance as much as possible.
