HISTORY : Ponsot, one of the most prestigious domains in Moret St. Denis, occupies a leading position in the village of Moret, where the best vintners are concentrated. This outstanding estate, run by Jean-Marie and his son Laurent, is characterized by its 9 hectares, of which more than half (5 hectares) are special vineyards, and by its very low yields. It is one of the lowest yielding vineyards in all of Burgundy. It is also known as the largest producer of the Clos de la Roche classified vineyard.
