- Welded using TIG process and Shot blasted to remove all residual stresses，before surface protection process

- Electro Phoretic Coating to black finish，gives the Crash Bar adequate corrosion resistance to endure all weather conditions to which the Motorbike will be subjected

- The Full Assemblage includes Compatible Hardware，Bracketry，Sacrificial Slider Guards made out of Compression Molded Resin to give it the strength and takes the impact in the event of a fall of the Motorbike (easier and economical to replace in the event of a big fall of the Motorbike)
